This License (“EULA”) governs the use of the SpeakGator app.

1) License grant

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to install and use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes, under this EULA.

2) Restrictions

You may not:

• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to obtain the source code;
• modify, distribute, sublicense, or sell the app;
• remove copyright or trademark notices.

3) Ownership

The app and all associated rights belong to SpeakGator and/or its licensors.

4) Third-party content and services

The app may integrate third-party services (e.g., authentication, voice/AI). Use may be subject to additional terms from those providers.

5) Termination

This license ends automatically if you violate this EULA. Upon termination, you must stop using and remove the app.

6) Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
