• Device type, app version, crash logs, and aggregated usage analytics.

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.

• Use the subject: Account Deletion Request.
• We may ask to verify account ownership before processing.
• After verification, we process deletion within a reasonable period.

We may retain limited records when required by law, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.

We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Users under 18 may use SpeakGator only with parent or legal guardian permission and active supervision. Parents and guardians should monitor account activity and use of AI features.

10) Automated processing and AI safety notice

SpeakGator uses automated systems (including AI models) to generate responses and language feedback. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. We may use moderation and filtering tools, but no system is perfect. AI output is for educational practice and should not be treated as legal, medical, mental health, financial, safety, or other professional advice.

11) International transfers

Personal data may be processed in countries other than your own, including where our service providers operate. Where required, we apply appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

12) California and U.S. state disclosures

Depending on your U.S. state of residence, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of personal data, and to appeal denials where required by law.
