App usage data
- Messages and interactions in the app (for example, practice conversations), exercise history, and preferences.
Audio data (if voice features are used)
- Audio snippets sent for transcription, pronunciation analysis, and feedback.
- Related transcripts and technical metadata (for example, duration and timestamps).
Technical data
- Device type, app version, crash logs, and aggregated usage analytics.

- Provide service features (login, conversations, feedback, and corrections).

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.

- We may ask to verify account ownership before processing.
- After verification, we process deletion within a reasonable period.
We may retain limited records when required by law, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.

SpeakGator is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 provided personal data, contact us so we can investigate and remove data where required by law.
Users under 18 may use SpeakGator only with parent or legal guardian permission and active supervision. Parents and guardians should monitor account activity and use of AI features.
10) Automated processing and AI safety notice
SpeakGator uses automated systems (including AI models) to generate responses and language feedback. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. We may use moderation and filtering tools, but no system is perfect. AI output is for educational practice and should not be treated as legal, medical, mental health, financial, safety, or other professional advice.
11) International transfers
Personal data may be processed in countries other than your own, including where our service providers operate. Where required, we apply appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
12) California and U.S. state disclosures
Depending on your U.S. state of residence, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of personal data, and to appeal denials where required by law. You can submit requests to support@speakgator.com. We do not knowingly sell or share personal data of users under 16 for cross-context behavioral advertising.
