By accessing or using SpeakGator, you agree to these Terms.
1) What SpeakGator does
SpeakGator is a language practice app, with exercises and conversations (text and/or voice) and corrections to help you improve.
2) Account and responsibility
You are responsible for:
- keeping your account secure;
- providing accurate information; and
- using the app legally and respectfully.
3) Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- violate laws, third-party rights, or privacy;
- submit illegal, abusive, harassing, or discriminatory content;
- attempt to exploit vulnerabilities, scrape, or bypass service limits.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
4) Content you submit
You retain ownership of the content you submit, but grant us a limited license to:
- process and display the content within the app;
- generate corrections and feedback; and
- operate and improve the service.
5) AI-generated responses and corrections
Content may contain inaccuracies. SpeakGator is for learning and practice — we do not guarantee that every correction is perfect. Use the app with critical judgment.
6) Subscriptions and payments (if applicable)
If there is a paid plan, pricing, period, and renewal details will be shown in the store (App Store/Google Play) and/or in the app. Cancellations and refunds follow store rules.
7) Intellectual property
The SpeakGator app, brand, and design are our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute without permission.
8) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or damages arising from use of the app. In any case, liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months (if applicable).
9) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in the app or on the site.
